Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time; a late fee of $100 will be charged for delays exceeding 15 minutes. The late fee must be paid before the session concludes.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations on the day of the session do not qualify for a refund of the deposit or final payment.

Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance without rescheduling do not result in a refund of the deposit or final payment.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance do not result in a deposit refund but allow for rescheduling to another date.

Food is allowed in the studio, but clients are responsible for any cleaning costs associated with stains.

Clients are fully responsible for any equipment damage; repair costs will be billed to the client.

Use of derogatory language or any form of sexual harassment will result in the immediate cancellation of the session, and no refund will be provided.

Only two family members are allowed to accompany clients during the session.

Children are welcome, provided they can manage themselves. Any damages caused by children are the responsibility of the guardian.

It is the client's responsibility to research the photographer's style of editing. Editing style will not change and is subject to the artist (photographer) expertise.
