Terms and Conditions

• Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time; a late fee of $100 will be charged for delays exceeding 15 minutes. The late fee must be paid before the session concludes.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations on the day of the session do not qualify for a refund of the deposit or final payment.

• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance without rescheduling do not result in a refund of the deposit or final payment.

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance do not result in a deposit refund but allow for rescheduling to another date.

• Food is allowed in the studio, but clients are responsible for any cleaning costs associated with stains.

• Clients are fully responsible for any equipment damage; repair costs will be billed to the client.

• Use of derogatory language or any form of sexual harassment will result in the immediate cancellation of the session, and no refund will be provided.

• Only two family members are allowed to accompany clients during the session.

• Children are welcome, provided they can manage themselves. Any damages caused by children are the responsibility of the guardian.

• It is the client's responsibility to research the photographer's style of editing. Editing style will not change and is subject to the artist (photographer) expertise.
