Service Description
With unlimited outfit changes and the freedom to choose your own location, you can make your photography session truly unique to you. This 2-hour session includes 15 high resolution, edited photos, as well as posting and printing rights. Plus, take advantage of print package discounts and the option to explore two different themes or locations during the shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Date Changes and Cancellations If the Client requests additional services or changes the date or location, the Photographer and Client shall agree on additional fees and/or a new contract. If the Client cancels the event, the deposit will not be refunded. If the Client cancels the event, the deposit will not be refunded. If the Client wishes to reschedule the event, the deposit may be applied to a new date, subject to the Photographer’s availability. Liability The Photographer shall not be held liable for any injury or damage to persons or property while providing the photography services. The Client shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and obtaining consent from any necessary parties for the photography services. Pricing Pricing is non negotiable and "starting at" is the initial start point for all packages. They are subject to change if client wants a different and more pricey studio and or props. i.e. if a client wants to have session in a fancy hotel, they can pay for room separately or price will be added to total cost of session. Deposits Deposits by definition are a percentage or a small fee to secure the date and time of event or photoshoot. All deposits are non refundable but transferrable. They have no expiration date and can be used on a later date FOR THE SAME KIND OF SESSION, If you choose another service which may result in a higher deposit, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Client Rights Regarding the images delivered, as digital files or otherwise, Client’s rights are limited to personal use. Photographs may not be sold or used in advertising unless otherwise specified by the Photographer. Description of Services This agreement constitutes an order for general photography services, and any additional services outlined above in Package. It is agreed to by both parties, Photographer and Client, as described above. Client agrees to pay Total Amount by the Final Payment Due By Date as defined above. Entire Agreement This is the entire agreement between Photographer and Client and supersedes all previous agreements. It cannot be altered without written consent of both Photographer and Client. Execution Digitally signing this agreement has the same effect as manually signing a paper original. Limitation of Liability Although all care will be taken with these photography services and the digital photographs taken, the Photographer limits any liability for loss, injury, death, inability to perform the photograph
